Our team support you the hole week working days except the weekend. In VSAT subscription case our technical team is available all 7 days/week, but for new Activation your waiting up to 24 hours is appreciated.   
Soon we will activate the Login Ticketing systems for our Satellite communication customers, distributors and Resellers.
